James Joun joined Essex Woodlands to focus on healthcare IT and services growth equity investments.
Previously, Mr. Joun worked at Paul Capital Healthcare, structuring and evaluating royalty monetization and revenue-interest investments. Prior to that, he was a product manager for Rituxan at Genentech, where he had oversight on advisory boards, publication development and strategic planning. Mr. Joun started his career as a consultant at the Monitor Group where he worked on a range of engagements with biopharmaceutical companies.
Mr. Joun joined Essex Woodlands as a Vice President in the New York office in August 2010.
